• How do I own a JCPenney Malaysia Shopping voucher?
  JCPenney Malaysia online shoppers and subscribers receive their voucher either as a gift or purchase the voucher online. JCPIC Malaysia shopping vouchers that are issued by JCPIC Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. can only be redeemed on jcpenney.com.my and are not exchangeable for cash. One or more JCPenney Malaysia shopping vouchers may be used for a single purchase order during the order confirmation process. There will not be any refund made for amount purchased that is less than the value, or combined value, of the voucher(s). Customers will have to top-up the difference online. • When can I use my voucher?
  During the Order Confirmation process, on the left of the screen there are 2 boxes. Fill in the voucher number on the first box and the verification code on the second box and system will validate the information. Once the system confirms that the voucher is valid, it will process it and offset the voucher value from total purchase amount.
• Can I pass the voucher to friends and relative?
  You can pass the voucher to anybody, please also provide them with the voucher number and verification code so that they can use it. Please remember that each JCPIC Malaysia shopping voucher can only be used once and that voucher numbers and verification codes for each voucher used will need to be entered during the order confirmation process.
• I am not a JCPIC Malaysia Registered customer. Can I redeem the voucher?
  Yes! You can still redeem the voucher with the same method as our registered customers but there are benefits of being a registered customer. Please refer to the FAQ to learn more about the benefits of being a registered customer.
