Quick and Easy Returns

Our goal is to make exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
  • Easy Ways to Return Your Order
    • To JCPenney Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Office
      bring your order to our office at Lot 6-1-2 No.6 Jalan Shelly Queen Avenue, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. This is the quickest and easiest way to return merchandise and receive an immediate refund or credit.
    • By Mail
      complete the "Returns" form on the Customer Services link and return a copy of the printed return form with the item. If you don't have your Delivery Order, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number (if it was a credit purchase) plus the approximate date of purchase with the item and mail it to the JCPenney Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. customer service address at Lot 6-1-2 No.6 Jalan Shelly Queen Avenue, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
    • To return special delivery, trucked items, call customer service at
      Tel: 60.3.9205 5732 to arrange for a pick up. If the item is damaged, and the driver is still there, ask for an Inspection Report and have the item taken back.
  • Our Return Policy
    • With a receipt
      returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot refund without the original receipt and also original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
  • Exceptions to Our Return Policy
    1. Any order made by customers having size, fitting, color or item error cannot be returned unless error on our part. Customers can still choose to return provided they agreed to bear the additional shipping cost, we will then arrange for the goods to be returned.     2. Furniture purchased from JCPenney Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Internet must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original sales receipt. All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
    3. Furniture includes bedroom, upholstered and accent furniture, formal and casual dining, ready-to-assemble, ready-to-finish, and mattresses.
    4. Small electrics, electronics and major appliances must be returned within
      60 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. All manufacturers' warranties are in effect.
    5. Small Electrics include sewing machines, ceiling fans, HomedicsĀ® , shavers, massagers, beauty aids, blood pressure monitors, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, microwaves, vacuum cleaners, irons, blenders, mixers, toaster/ toaster ovens, coffee makers, slow cookers, roaster ovens, electric skillets and grills.
    6. Electronics include telephones, cameras, camcorders, VCRs, DVDs, Web TVs, televisions, audio, musical instruments, electronics and interactive games, DVD disks, software.
    7. Major Appliances include Whirlpool items, air conditioners.
    8. Monogrammed, personalized and altered items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
    9. Made-to-Measure window covering and rugs cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Include made-to-order and made-to-length window coverings.
