Shipping and Local Delivery
All our merchandise are original and shipped directly from JCPenney International Catalog Asia,Inc., located in Los Angeles.
JCPenney Malaysia does not carry stock but operates as a globalisation warehousing network for on-line purchase.
We do our best to reduce the cost of shipping and pass on the benefits to our customers. We encourage our customers to buy more in order to save on their shipping cost. Our Freight Charge is one of the lowest.
We have also reduced our local delivery charge to the lowest as an added incentive given to you as a customer so that you can further save on delivery charges.
- For Express International Air Delivery over 15 lbs, an additional RM$12.00 will be added for every additional lb.

Most orders are shipped via Our Parcel Post. JCPenney Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local custom laws.
Mailing restrictions vary by country. Most mailing items that are below 70 lbs.
can be shipped. Heavy and bulky items that cannot be shipped via Our Parcel Post,
and Supplier-shipped merchandise cannot be shipped internationally.
Home Delivery:
Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery in 12 to 14 working days*. Most orders are shipped by Our Parcel Post. Usually, we will ring your doorbell.
* Disclaimer: In the situation of a delay due to transfer in stock, stock inavailablity, possible damage during transportation, or other logistic considerations, our customer service officer will inform you duly. We regret that no exchanges or refunds will be given, if there is a delay due to any of the above scenarios.
Special Delivery Items:
Some Heavy or Bulky Items that are too large for hand delivery require an additional delivery charge. These items can only be delivered by truck to your home or office.
For most orders, you will be contacted in 7 to 14 days to schedule a delivery appointment.
Home delivery is only to your doorstep and does not include unpacking, setup or removal. Special Delivery Items will be coded with a "SC" (Special Condition)
in your shopping bag at Order Summary. If you order any Special Delivery Items, you should receive a phone call or email from customer service.

Items sent to you directly from the manufacturer may take extra delivery time. These items cannot be shipped via Express delivery to your home.
